This system will be implemented on the basis of National Common Mobility Card (NCMC). DMRC will implement this in the entire metro network. Now you are not going to need leave money while traveling in the bus. You will be able to travel in bus and metro with the same card. You will also be able to buy bus tickets by making digital payment through bank’s Rupay debit or credit card. If the passenger wishes, he can also buy the card from the bus conductor. Let us tell you that this ticket will be a non-transferable card and for this KYC (Kyc) verification will also have to be done.
Women will also get card swiped!
In Delhi, women can travel by bus for free, but they also have to swipe the card in the machine. In return, a slip will come out of the machine. No fare will be charged from women for this. Record maintenance can be done from these slips.

Transport Commissioner Ashish Kundra told that for this the Transport Department will hire a service provider. The same company will issue smart cards to passengers and these digital transactions will be done through GPS. There will also be electronic ticketing machines for this. The company will prepare such an app, so that people will know at the bus stop itself that how many seats are vacant in the bus? With this, people will be able to decide in advance whether they want to sit in the bus or not.
