Observations have already started with JCs and RDOs at the district level. Committees consisting of sub-registrars and other officials have been formed in towns and rural areas and are discussing the increase in market values.
If there are 50 villages under a sub-registrar’s office, the market value of 20 percent of the villages will be increased. Also the market value of the land adjacent to the highways is considered. In some places it is 10 to 20 percent. In some places it is more than 30 percent.
After 2020 market values in the state have not increased. Due to this, the values will be increased in the name of special revision. Last year, before the formation of new districts, the market values were increased in Bapatla, Palnadu and Guntur in the joint district. In April 2022, the market values were increased in the new district centers and their surrounding areas.
Now it has become interesting whether it will be increased again in the new district centers or not. It is being advertised that the market values of those areas will be greatly increased by looking at the areas where the registrations are taking place. Market values will increase depending on the area in Visakhapatnam.
