1. You have to go to the official website of Ministry of Transport https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in. Here first you have to select your state name. After this, you have to click on the option of Apply for Learner’s License. Here select the option to apply through Aadhaar and also select whether to give the test from home or by going to RTO.

2. After this submit your Aadhaar card information and mobile number and click on Generate OTP. After this enter the OTP received on the number. Click on the box to accept the terms and conditions and then click on the Authentication button. Then select the payment mode for the license fee.

3. Thereafter watch the Government mandated 10 minute driving instruction video to proceed with the 10 minute test. At the end of the video, you will get an OTP and password on the mobile number.

4. Complete the given form and proceed for the test. Turn on your device’s front camera then fix on face. After that complete the test. To pass the test, you must answer at least 6 out of 10 questions correctly.

5. If you fail in the test, then you will have to pay a fee of Rs 50 to appear in the test again. If you pass the test then you will get learner’s license in PDF form.
