Balance can be checked through missed call
You can also check your PM account balance by just a missed call. For this you have to give a missed call on 011-229014016 from your registered mobile number. After which the balance of your PF account will be sent to your mobile number. The call is automatically disconnected after two rings and the subscriber is not required to pay any charges for availing this service.
Via SMS
EPFO members can also check their PF account balance by sending an SMS from their registered mobile number. For this, EPFO members have to SMS EPFOHO followed by their UAN number to 7738299899 from their registered mobile number. This service of EPFO is available in 10 languages.
UMANG Portal
You can also check your balance using the EPFO app on the UMANG platform. The UMANG app can be downloaded from Google Play, App Store and Windows Store.
Through EPFO website
You can also check your PF account balance by logging into the EPFO portal at epfindia.gov.in. To login, you must first login by entering your UN number and password.
1: To check your PF balance through EPFO website, you have to visit epfindia.gov.in.
2: In the second step, you have to go here and click on the option of ‘Click here to know your EPF balance’.
3: In the third step, you will be redirected to the page of epfoservices.in/epfo/. After this you have to click on the option of ‘Member Balance Information’.
Step 4: In the fourth step, you have to select your state and click on the EPFO office website link of your state.
5: In the fifth step, you have to enter your ‘PF account number’, name and registered mobile number.
6: In the sixth step, you have to click on the option of ‘Submit’.
7: As soon as this process is completed, the balance of your PF account will be visible on your website.
