Due to constant kicking on the private part, the condition of the father-in-law became very serious, due to which the father-in-law was rushed to the hospital. At the same time, while registering the report of the accident with the father, the brother-in-law lodged a case of murder against his sister-in-law. After registering the case, Kushalgarh police station officer Mahipal Singh arrested the accused daughter-in-law. According to the police, there was a land dispute between Santosh and his father-in-law Badiya Katara, a resident of Nathpura, on July 11, in which there was a fierce argument between father-in-law and daughter-in-law. During this the woman lost her temper. And while beating with father-in-law, he repeatedly kicked his private part.
Seeing the daughter-in-law losing her temper, the family intervened, after which the family members with great difficulty pacified the matter between the two. Then the condition of father-in-law Badiya started becoming critical due to deep injuries in the private part, due to which the family immediately admitted him to Kushalgarh Hospital, where after two days of treatment, the doctors discharged him, but as soon as the father-in-law was brought home. But after a day the pain got worse. The family took him back to the hospital, where he died.
Regarding the matter, the police said that on the report of Dita Katara (Devar), a resident of Nathpura, a case of murder has been registered against her sister-in-law (Santosh). Under which he has been arrested. A video related to this incident has also surfaced, in which a fight between father-in-law and daughter-in-law is seen.
In the video, Biju, the wife of the deceased Badiya, is intervening to remove both. A minor present in the courtyard of the house is also trying to rescue the grandfather and uncle. In the video, the woman is also seen kicking her father-in-law’s private part. In the given report of the case, brother-in-law Dita Katara has spoken of intervening on behalf of the people and mother, besides his own wife Surna, storied wife Kemsa, Kamala.
