HDFC Bank has sent a mail to the customers informing that its debit and credit cards will not work for a few hours tonight. In such a situation, if they want to take advantage of the service in an emergency, then they can take advantage of net banking or phone banking.
HDFC Bank: If you use HDFC Bank credit or debit card then this is important news for you. HDFC Bank credit and debit cards will not work tonight. This will happen due to maintenance work. This has been informed by sending mail to the customers on behalf of the bank. A mail has been issued to the customers in this regard on August 19 only.
According to this mail, domestic or international online facility will be available tonight from 12.30 am to 5 am. However, this facility will remain closed for one and a half hours from 5 am to 6.30 am. International merchant outlet and ATM facility will be available from 12.30 pm to 5 pm. The facility will not be available from 5 am to 6.30 am. This facility will not be available at Domestic Merchant Outlets and ATMs from 12.30 pm to 6.30 am.
Use net banking and mobile banking
The bank has appealed to the customers that if they want to use the banking service during this period, then the online payment service will continue. Customers can use UPI, IMPS, NEFT service with the help of net banking and mobile banking.
