Farmers have received 11 installments so far
However, only the registered farmers get the benefit of PM Kisan Yojana. The farmers who have registered under PM Kisan Yojana have got the benefit of 11 installments so far. The last i.e. the 11th installment was sent to the farmers’ account on 31 May. Now the 12th installment will be sent to the farmers’ account.
What is the time limit for e-KYC of PM Kisan account
The important news for farmers is that the central government has made e-KYC mandatory for PM Kisan Yojana. Farmers whose PM Kisan account has not been e-KYC, they will have to get it done as soon as possible, because the last date for e-KYC is 31 July.
You can do e-KYC sitting at home
According to media reports, farmers who do not get e-KYC of PM Kisan account within the stipulated time frame, they may be deprived of getting the benefit of 12th installment. Farmers can complete the process of e-KYC online from the comfort of their homes. If they feel uncomfortable in doing e-KYC in this way, then they can also get their PM Kisan account e-KYC done by visiting the nearest Citizen Service Center (CSC).
Know how to do e-KYC of PM Kisan account
The beneficiaries of PM Kisan Yojana will have to first go to the official website of PM Kisan Yojana at pmkisan.gov.in to get e-KYC of their PM Kisan account. After this, the farmers will have to click on the option of e-KYC visible on the right side of the website.
Farmers will have to enter their Aadhar number at the given place here. After this a message will come on the Aadhaar registered mobile number. Farmers will have to enter the OTP received in the message here. After that you have to click on the option of ‘Submit’. Once this process is completed, your account will be e-KYC.
